Our signature trip
Half local island, half resort — the trip most visitors don't know they can book
Most first-time visitors pick one or the other: a resort, or a guesthouse. The Combo splits your stay between both — so you get real local culture and a genuine reef, without paying resort rates for the entire trip.
Example itinerary

This is one common split — we adjust the ratio (3+3, 4+2, 2+4) to your budget and priorities.

Why it works
What you actually get from splitting the trip
Lower blended cost
A few nights at guesthouse rates brings your average nightly cost down — letting you afford a nicer resort for the second half than a full-length resort stay would.
Real culture, not just a beach
Local restaurants, everyday island life, and conversations you won't have inside a resort bubble.
A proper reef
Many resorts near Male have weaker house reefs than well-chosen local islands close to good snorkeling sites.
One trip, two moods
Relaxed and social on the local island, then quiet and private at the resort — or the other order, if you'd rather end on the beach.

Before you book a Combo
Sometimes — it depends which islands you pick. We always confirm the inter-island transfer and its cost as part of your one total price, so there's no separate booking for you to arrange.
Yes — the inter-island transfer we arrange includes your luggage. You won't need to manage separate pickups.
Yes — many families like starting on a local island (lower cost, easy activities) before finishing at a family-friendly resort with a kids' club.
Most people prefer ending on the resort so the trip finishes on the most relaxing note, but it works either way — tell us your preference and we'll build the itinerary around it.
